The apartment is a spacious, self contained and fully furnished one bedroom short term accommodation located close to Auckland city and harbour. The ambience is private, sunny and comfortable with good quality furnishings. It has all day sun. It is light and airy, and warm and dry. It is private, safe and secure. It is suitable for a single person or a couple.
It is peaceful base for a sabbatical at the University of Auckland, and is particularly close to the Tamaki Campus. It is a great location from which to visit friends and family, or to take in the sights of Auckland.
The apartment is well equipped and fully furnished for a short stay and is available from mid- February 2011.

Located at the end of Auckland's waterfront. Our fully furnished apartment is in Evesham Ave in Glendowie. It is close to St Heliers Bay and is only a 2min drive or 15mins walk to the beach and shops.
Access to public transport is easy - we are on the bus route from Downtown along the waterfront via Kelly Tarlton’s Underwater World, Mission Bay restaurants and the St Heliers Bay shops. Walk to cafés, restaurants, beaches, Tahuna Torea Nature Reserve and Churchill Park.

The short stay apartment is perfectly set up for a single person or for a couple. It is self contained and fully furnished. The living area and the bedroom are separate, providing good working space. The table in the living area is suitable for use as a large desk, and there is wireless broadband access. There is all day sun, and plenty of light, making the flat a really comfortable working space.
