The apartment is available all year round for short stays of 2-4 weeks, or for longer holidays or sabbaticals of up to 6 months.

THE APARTMENT IS CURRENTLY OCCUPIED and we are taking bookings from 27 April 2012 onwards. 

There is an additional charge for any long distance or cellular phone calls.
Electricity & water is included. (moderate use, capped)
Broadband internet is included (the plan allows for moderate usage with additional usage at an extra charge).

The holiday apartment is not suitable for children, nor for pets.  The holiday apartment is non-smoking.
