The apartment has easy access to each of the three main university campuses

Study Facilities

The apartment is fully furnished and perfectly set up for a single person or for a couple.  The living area and the bedroom are separate, providing good working space.  The table in the living area is suitable for use as a large desk, and there is wireless broadband access.  There is all day sun, and plenty of light, making the flat a really comfortable working space. With its own separate access, it easy convenient to come and go at all hours of the day and night.

Short Stay  Accommodation

The apartment can be rented by the week - with a minimum two week stay for short stays in Auckland, or up to a six month stay for a longer sabbatical.

Local Amenities

We are located close to St Heliers Bay shops where there is a wide range of food and other retail, banks and post office, and cafes and bars. St Heliers shops are an easy 15 minute walk. 

There is a shopping centre with supermarket at Eastridge in Orakei / Mission Bay, and a shopping centre with supermarket at Glen Innes.  All the amenities that you need during your sabbatical are within 10 minutes drive.


The furnished apartment is not suitable for children, nor for pets.  The furnished apartment is non-smoking.
